Seishin Press is home to some of the best indie manga on the internet, and we are now opening our doors so that your series may join the Seishin Press line up!
Please read the submission guidelines carefully before submitting your pitch.
 
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• COVER LETTER – Tell us about yourself or your team. (Who are you? What have you done before?)
• ELEVATOR PITCH – In 1-2 sentences sell us your manga.
• SERIES/ONE-SHOT SYNOPSIS – Tell us about your manga in more detail.  (What’s the story about? Who is the cast? Where do you plan to take the story?)
• CONCEPT ART / SKETCHES – Show us what your series is going to look like. (Submitted as a PDF)
• MANGA PAGES – 4 to 5 pages of manga from yourself or your art team. Show us your storytelling skill. This should include some form of story. We will not accept covers or just cool drawings. (Submitted as a PDF)

 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Seishin Press is looking to build the diversity of its lineup, so we will be paying extra attention to those submissions that tackle  battle shonen manga ideas, but please note that it must really stand out to be considered. 

TRANSPARENCY
Seishin Press is a very small business and is a passion project for all those involved. If you are expecting that having your series on Seishin Press will help pay the bills, this is not right for you. While there are opportunities for payment with us, for the time being, they are few and far between. By being a part of Seishin Press, you will be part of a professional work environment and gain excellent work experience. For every potential publication, Seishin Press will handle the financing and distribution. We are actively working towards ensuring fair compensation for all our creators. In the interim, you would play an integral role in shaping the Seishin Press brand.
